ABN Systems International, one of the largest distributors of tech products on the local market, has modernized its operations with SAP Business One, implemented by System Innovation Romania. The project aimed at automating ABN Systems International business processes, streamlining distribution and increasing the quality of deliveries. ABN Systems distributes more than 30,000 electronic products, Plantronics, Avaya, and its own brand – Tellur on multiple channels, both online and offline, and holds 60-70% of the local Bluetooth headset market. The company selected SAP Business One to guarantee a modern, international know-how capable solution in order to sustain a long-term growth. The project has led to the simplification of financial and distribution operations by eliminating 60-70 monthly manual operations and deliveries and offers an accuracy of 98%.

Innovation Romania has integrated SAP Busienss One with its already existing warehouse management system and added B2B – clients portal, Business Intelligence Reporting and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) apps. The implementation process was fast and ABN Systems was not affected. “We have used the Accelerated Implementation Program methodology, validated by SAP, which ensures not only a rapid project roll-out, but also compliance with standards. We have allocated additional resources so that the pace of work is sustained and the customer can quickly switch to the new way of working.
