Why not ignore inventory management? We have been implementing SAP Business One for over 15 years and we noticed that, in the absence of an application to manage the warehouse, there are difficulties in optimizing space use, quick product identification, replenishment orders, inventory and reducing the volume of destroyed / damaged products, during storage. Moreover, employees are not very efficient if they work intensively on paper, because identification and picking will consume a lot of time and errors in the manual completion of documents, often occur. This translates into financial losses, orders that have to wait and dissatisfied customers.
ONE WMS covers the basic flows in a warehouse and is designed to simplify the process of issuing labels / barcodes, scanning and picking products, to which are added functionalities for completing documents and issuing reports. The interface is intuitive, with many visual elements and the associated equipment is professional, which is very helpful for users. ONE WMS automates the delivery process of SAP B1 through the mobile interface, based on the standard SAP Business One warehouse management facilities: barcodes, bin locations, pick & pack flows.

The application has an immediate impact on reducing data processing errors and increasing inventory accuracy. Employees gain time and are more productive and orders are processed correctly and quickly, which means that they will reach the beneficiaries in a timely manner. ONE WMS runs on Android, is available via APK and is licensed on the device. We recommend Zebra equipment, premium models such as Zebra MC3300 or entry level models such as Zebra TC20. Both devices are professional in level, integrate professional 1D / 2D scanners, have physical keys for quick information entry and are resistant to dust, water and mechanical shocks.
