The Service Module provides an efficient service management and represents an optimal tool for managing serial number items, service requests for periodic maintenance, service contracts and customer service quality analysis.
With this module, you can launch service orders and track them on execution stages. You can enter and track various orders and responsability tasks for service engineers. The sales invoices can be issued directly from services orders, based on consumed components and work hours/man.
You will manage the warranty for service products and spare parts. Important information from the contract: renewal, templates – are included as fetaures. At the same time, you will obtain important details of the service levels, response times and service history for each contract, including used products, spare parts and manhours. You can also analyze the profitability of each contract.
The module also includes the facility for automating service tasks. From SAP Business One, you can automatically generate contract renewals or service invoices.
