SAP Business One 10, the latest version of the SAP management suite for large and medium-sized companies, is now available for both upgrades and new projects. SAP is constantly improving its business solutions, but in the case of SAP Business One version 10, the jump is higher than usual.
The new functionalities are designed for the beneficiaries to make the transition to a smart organization, and for the users to have full satisfaction. - Web client based on SAP Fiori design principles. - Improved user interface. SAP Business One 10 brings a new graphical formula that allows you to resize forms and fields and better group key information for each user. It is an obvious progress that makes the solution more attractive for all categories of users.
- Integration with Office 365. Office 365 and Teams are becoming the standard for collaboration, which is why SAP pays special attention to them. The template management functionalities in version 10 allow the export of documents in Word and Excel, keeping the original formatting, which simplifies the work and sharing of documents.
- GANTT interactive diagrams, a useful feature in easy management of the stages of a project. In addition, it allows a planning and a visual analysis of the project management tasks.
- Improved approval flows. Version 10 allows you to update draft documents submitted for approval, as well as adding new fields with the updated date and the person who made the changes. All the new information will be added to the report associated with a document submitted for approval, which makes the process much more flexible.
- New functions for managing serial and batch numbers, including the ability to update data sets. Improved reporting on these data: warehouse-level codes and inter-warehouse transfer transactions.
- Improved document referencing / correlation system to increase visibility
- New functionalities in running databases (parallel processing, load balancing)
