[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We’re glad to announce that our team delivered a new software robot. The beneficiary is AFI Europe (https:\/\/www.afieurope.ro\/), for which the software robot, hAI, the proprietary technology of System Innovation Romania<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, will manage the complete circuit of utility bills within a residential project. The robot automatically takes over the utility bills (electricity and gas) received by email from suppliers (ENEL and GDF Suez), logs into SAP Business One<\/a><\/span><\/strong> and enters them into the system to be paid and reconciled.
\nInvoices are issued on individual customer codes and all relevant fields for each transaction are registered in SAP<\/a><\/span><\/strong>: customer code, invoice number, value, payment codes, etc. More than 400 invoices are processed every month, without the involvement of a human operator. The time savings are huge. AFI estimates that it saves a week of work\/ month, more than 40 hours, during an employee’s time. To this gain we add the complete elimination of errors, because by manual processing, the risk of erroneous copying of numeric fields is very high.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”6721″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The actual AFI team that managed the project is very pleased to have discovered RPA technology and that the results are so obvious. Georgiana Balba, Financial Controller at Afi Europe, told us that initially the need to process all these invoices manually within the department made her think, but from discussions with various partners, she understood that there is a modern solution and efficient: a software robot. The presentation made by System Innovation Romania<\/a><\/span><\/strong> brought an extra certainty, and after AFI convinced the utility providers to send the documents in a certain format, the project took shape. The management of AFI Europe had an open attitude and understood the advantages of a modern solution based on RPA<\/a><\/span><\/strong> and thus began the collaboration.<\/p>\n

The purpose? AFI Europe has not blocked a person with this repetitive, time-consuming activity and the invoice processing is done automatically and without errors. A high volume of work is carried out quickly, on time and effortlessly by the finance department. Everyone is satisfied and the technology has shown added value. Moreover, the robot will be used by AFI Europe at the completion of each residential project, which will generate a much faster return on investment.<\/p>\n

This is how software robots make their place in business, managing simple but consuming tasks for human employees. The manual processing of such documents becomes history, because currently the use of a software robots has an obvious economic justification.<\/p>\n
