In most of the SAP Business One<\/a> implementations we completed, the client main objective was to gain greater visibility and control over business processes. The second objective was operational efficiency and the information and document fluidization, both inside the company and outside.<\/p>\r\n

From this perspective, of the information flow, the companies that have intense relations with stable business partners (producers, distributors, retailers) can benefit from the ERP – EDI integration. Electronic Document Interchange is the technology that allows the automatic exchange of documents and information between software systems used by business partners. Basically, employees are no longer obliged to exchange messages and papers, the software solutions will automatically exchange XML files (standardized format), with all the information necessary to carry out commercial transactions.
